The exteriors are wonderful, thanks to the landscaped areas, which give colour to the house. The chlorinated 4 x 6 m pool (with a uniform depth of 1.6 m) is private. The terrace, of 25 m2, is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and it has a chill-out area with rattan furniture. Under the porch, which is fully-equipped, you can spend great evenings cooking on the barbecue.

This 120 m2 house is distributed over one floor. There are three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). Two cots are available if needed. There are two bathrooms with a shower each, one of which is situated next to the pool.

The living-dining room is spectacular. You can relax on the sofa while enjoying a good reading, listening to music, or watching satellite TV. The dining area has a large rustic table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker and is equipped with everything you need to cook without a problem. There are board games for children to play and have fun during your stay. The house has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Santa Margalida is situated in the centre of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by local people, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the authentic Mallorca. Even so, in Santa Margalida you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a sports centre, cafes and some restaurants.

Just a 15-minute drive away, there are the beautiful beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, with crystal clear waters and white sand. You can spend a lovely day at the sandy beach and enjoy delicious cocktails and paellas in any of the beach clubs and restaurants of the area, with breathtaking sea views. The promenade of Can Picafort is a lively area in contrast to Platja de Muro, which is very quiet. Port d’Alcúdia and Pollença are located nearby. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.

Tourist license: ETV/3038There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
