This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen.

This single-storey holiday home is furnished in a modern and comfortable way. Due to the raised ceiling and the large windows, the spacious living room is wonderfully light. Thanks to large sliding doors it is easy to bring the outdoors inside and vice versa. The holiday home is built in an L-shape. This provides a lot of space and gives a feeling of seclusion, especially on the terrace. The living room has a TV and a nice fireplace; in the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher and a microwave. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have two 1-pers. Box spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. Setup. The third bedroom is a box bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.

You reach the lovely terrace with garden furniture through sliding doors from the living room. There's parking for one car at the holiday home.

At holiday park Marina Strandbad, various holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
