These beautiful chalets are furnished in a very comfortable way and feature most modern comforts like a dishwasher and Wi-Fi. You can choose from three types, with equal comfort level but small something special compared to the other ones. The 5-person type (HR-52465-64) is suitable for up to 4 adults and 1 child of up to 12 years old (because of t he high sleeper). The 6-person type (HR-52465-66) does have "adult" beds for everybody. The family type (HR-52465-65) is also suitable for 4 adults and 1 child of up to 12 years old, but is a little bigger. This type also features a swimming pool in front of the door, which you share with up to 11 other chalets. Of course you can also still use the general swimming pool.

All chalets feature a master bedroom with private bathroom and a beautiful, partly covered veranda with garden furniture.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
