The lovely Villa Porto is situated on the eastern coast of Istria, in Krnicki porat, just by the sea. Just 100 meters away you can reach the beautiful beaches, so this house is an ideal choice for those who want to spend a holiday on the sea, but also in a quiet environment. Mornings and evenings spend walking along the coast, and warm afternoon spend on the beaches. Also, you can relax in the exterior of Villa Porto, on its private terrace with chairs and table, deck chairs and barbecue, and also at your disposal are darts and free internet access. The interior of Ville Porto is divided into two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while on the ground floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms with a shower. The interior is nicely decorated and all rooms are decorated in gentle and pastel tones, so the comfort in the interior of the house will surely not be missed. It should be noted that near the villa Porto is located restaurant "PortoRiko", known for its fish specialties, and the hosts offer their guests a discount at the restaurant. Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
