Traditional stone house on a fenced grounds with garden, directly on the car enclow boulevard of Preko. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2016 and offers enough retreats for up to four people. The rooms are spread over two floors, each with its own entrance and also connected via an internal staircase. In addition to two covered terraces, there is also a small courtyard and a garden of 200 square meters with a barbecue. Preko is located directly on the west coast of the island of Ugljan and is also home to the only ferry port of the island. This way you can always watch the hustle and bustle at the harbor with a drink. You can see the two small islands Osljak and Galovac. Near the town of Preko is the St. Michael mountain, which gives you a beautiful view over the entire Zadar archipelago and, in good weather, at the Kornati National Park. In the middle of Preko you will also find one of the rare sandy beaches in Croatia. It's called "Jaz", has been awarded the blue flag for cleanliness and also offers a good range of services. There is also a small playground with a water slide.

Activities in the area: beach holidays, but also culture lovers and holidaymakers also appreciate the island of Ugljan because of the romantic bays, the numerous culturally interesting buildings and the kilometers of hiking trails. There is also a well-developed network of cycle paths that take you along the coast and in the hilly interior of the island. Also for holidaymakers who are crazy about climbing the island has something to offer: close to the beach of the same name is the beautiful climbing place Zeljina. You can find the climbing course southwest of SV. Mihovil. Sports fishermen can look forward to idyllic fishing sites or guided fishing trips to the most beautiful fishing locations around the island of Ugljan. You can buy a fishing permit for the island directly in Preko - you only need a valid document of identity.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
