These beautiful, thatched villas at Recreatiepark Idskenhuizen in Friesland are all furnished in a comfortable and modern way. This accommodation features very spacious living space on the ground floor. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Downstairs is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, you will find the other three bedrooms and one bathroom with, for example, a bath and separate shower. When the weather is nice, it is great to stay outside; the comfortable garden furniture and the barbecue create a relaxed setting. The garden borders directly on the water and is therefore equipped with a jetty.
The garden shed has a lovely sauna.

At this small-scale holiday park in Friesland, you can choose from various types, ranging from 6-person, 8-person up to 10 person accommodations with and without wellness facilities.

You may receive an email from the reception requesting the "on-site costs" prior to your stay. This saves unnecessary waiting when you arrive so you can start your vacation right away!

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
