“This house has 3 advantages: close to the sea, close to the tram stop and many beds and bedrooms. There are also negatives ... too little parking, the house needs to be freshened up ... and too cold, no wood available to to light the fireplace...”

“The location of the house was ideal. Close to the tram stop and close to the beach. The shops were also close by. Only the parking is less. Were there with 2 vans and could not park the vans at the house.”

“We were welcomed with two bottles of red wine which was very thoughtful. At first glance, the house seemed very cozy and clean. There was dried blood on the floor in one of the bedrooms. We thought that was dirty. The showers did not reach the desired temperature the first evening and there was not enough hot water enough to provide most tenants with a warm shower during the weekend. On Saturday afternoon it started to rain hard and we had to enter the bay window we have to place several buckets to collect the rain. We also reported this to the owner because we were afraid of a short circuit. They were not aware, even though there was already mold on the ceiling. The kitchen was well equipped and you had no shortage of anything. The mattresses on the beds were quite new. Some bathrooms were outdated, but there were also very new ones. In my opinion, you are paying way too much for what you get instead.”

“The holiday villa is old but well facilitated. Everything is amply present and the mattresses are very good. A problem with a bedroom door was quickly and adequately resolved. The location with regard to the beach / sea is good. We enjoyed the holiday week. Tip: The key is stored in a key box and is useful if it is indicated where the key box is located. Then the (nice) neighbors across the street do not have to indicate this.”

“The house itself is beautiful: a charming and large character villa, full of history. No complaints about the furniture, the number of sleeping places, bathrooms, household utensils. Very good location.Echter as negatives: the cleanliness of the house left behind, no garden, BBQ but discovered too late that the gas bottle was empty, there was not a single roll of toilet paper in the house when we arrived, what to what makeshift led on arrival. Hot water a problem if many people shower at the same time (water pressure). We found remnants of dirty underwear and socks in night drawers and behind the heating... This could be better for the price we paid for a week!”

Discover this beautiful, exclusive 8-bedroom holiday home in Koksijde and spend an unforgettable holiday close to the Belgium coast. You have an infrared sauna to unwind after a hectic day. It is ideal for a large family get-together, a group holiday, or a reunion with friends.

From the stay, you can go for beautiful walks on the beach and the boulevard as the sea is only 0.2 km. It's also nice to explore Koksijde and the surrounding area by bike. De Panne, Nieuwpoort, or one of the many other beautiful towns in the coastal area are worth exploring. You can enjoy the cultural riches of the Westhoek. The town center with restaurants and supermarkets is 0.2 km away.

The holiday home has a beautiful ambiance in the recreation room with TV and bar. You can spend great evenings there. There is a balcony or terrace to linger outdoors with a cool refreshing drink.
