The holiday home, furnished in the style typical of the country, impresses with a wonderful panoramic view and the proximity to the beautiful community of Francavilla di Sicilia, which offers you enough leisure activities for a varied holiday. The elements of water and fire give your holiday in Sicily a special touch. The nearby port of Taormina, for example, is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts: boat tours start there, and you can rent jet skis and canoes. On the other hand, you can experience the power of fire and earth in the Parco del Etna, which can be reached in about an hour and a half by car. Please note that with an occupancy of 4 people, the upper part of the holiday home is closed. Extras included: Usage-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning WLAN Activities nearby: Mount Etna is a popular and well-developed tourist destination. Nevertheless, it is better to let one of the off-road buses take you through the breathtaking lava landscape instead of exploring the area on your own. Bus tours start at the tourism center Rifugio Etna-Nord. There is also a cable car and some chairlifts at the Etna-Sud station. Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
