“The cottage itself was ok and clean. There is now a house number but then you have to look very carefully.The ceiling can be repainted because there were a lot of flies and also blood to destroy from them, unfortunately you also saw this hanging on the ceiling. also a weird smell i think the drain. Several lamps were broken. The kitchen utensils left us wanting, no scissors, no sharp potato knife, but two blunts, the tefal pans must be replaced urgently. Possibly bring all this yourself when you go. The curtains may also be replaced. It is a very quiet and pleasant environment.”

“Nothing but good about Belvilla, Always good service even during Corona times, The houses in it are sometimes really not what it should be, the houses are more beautiful in the photo and maybe something can be done about that, Our last house still had a rating hanging up 2018 with a score of 9 but that was definitely not worth it anymore,”

“Nice stay with nice walking route behind the house. Ideal for two families who want to be together but still on holiday because the two cottages are under one roof. Just a pity that no one is there to give or receive any information on arrival and departure.”

“Beautiful property in a very nice and quiet area, perfectly situated (small ten minutes drive to department store (Trois-Ponts or Vielsalm ).In this area definitely recommended.In terms of comfort the mattresses should be replaced URBAN (dot shaped) and the size of the beds does not match what is on the Belvilla site, the boilers are URGENT to be replaced, there was no reception, neither on arrival nor on departure.An information folder that could replace this ..., was empty (ie no information about, for example, doctors in the neighborhood, activities, refuse collection, ...). Prior to arrival a very unpleasant contact with the contact person, in this case an IMMO office, with just the message that the door would be open and the key inside the door is.On departure we have the house thus also left behind for lack of other info.The mattresses are URGENT to replacement (pitting), this also applies to the cooking pots.”

“Thankfully we were moved to this beautiful house as our other booking was wrong and very poor. The owner was lovely and belvilla managed to move us thankfully. There was a funny smell from the bathroom so had to keep the door shut as it smelt like sewage/drainage.”

“The accommodation looked at first glance like, but is in need of a major refurbishment. Everything seems a bit worn, even the sheets were not clean and the kitchen needed a big cleaning. We are sorry that there was no garden, but we could sit across the road in the grass. Very good location for hiking and mountain biking.”

“A nice house in a nice quiet location with no through verkeer.Ideaal situated for walking through the infinite Ardennes forest, or cycling fanatics (near the slopes in Liège-Bastogne-Liège côte de Wanne, Stockeu ...). There are no shops in the hamlet. For the baker you have to Halleux (2 km), the grocery store, you're on Trois-Ponts and Vielsalm (7 to 8 km). Public transportation is still not uitgevonden.Het house itself is decorated in local style, including creaking floorboards in the bedrooms and creaking door handles. The bedroom on the ground floor is no wardrobe, which is nevertheless very impractical. And the TV is also in urgent need of replacement. Poor cell phone reception (almost nil in the house), but maybe this is the key to a peaceful vacation ...”

“We arrived late j "had contacted the owner to prevent and m" had said that the key will be the porte.Arrive there the door was closed I décontacte owner ..étonnez! He told me that probably closed the maid He m "sends another lady who arrives 15 minutes later annoyed because she didn" t keys and the wife "unavailable item ... so she decided to put us in a another house of the owner ... Well not that that "had provided the owner returned the next day cmt know this was happening and the great astonishment he is not working with Ardennes relay !!! And questioning over my money ... The very kind owner left us to enjoy the beautiful and well maintained property and took it "s disposition to the" agenceBizarre”

“Nice location. The interior corresponded well with what can be seen in the photo "s was. Beautiful country kitchen. Ample than 8 people. Located in a quiet place. A path behind the house brings you directly into lush nature to offer our Ardennes has restaurant next door used by the owner but is now run by Dutchmen. The prices are great but despite the fact that the meat was provided with the owner's livestock, food itself was not as lekker.Winkels or baker or are at some distance but in itself, we found no problem.”
