This is a lovely 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people in Malmedy Ardennes. It has a very peaceful location but is only 5 km from the town centre. The Robertville Lake is only 13 km away.



There are lots of tourist attractions in the area. Nature lovers can explore the High Fens nature park or discover the cross-country ski trails. Those who want to soak in the culture can see the Reinhardstein Castle or explore the shops and cafes in Malmedy. The Francorchamps F1 circuit is also 10 km away. You will find restaurants and daily supplies in Malmedy within a 5 km radius.



The house has a garden with furniture and a terrace with barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed, baby bath, changing mat, play equipment, swing set, and high chair. You're allowed to bring up to 2 pets for € 15 per pet.



Liège Airport is 66 km away.



The apartment is on the first floor of the owner's house who guarantee full privacy.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
