This detached villa is located in the Spanish coastal municipality of Algarrobo-Costa. The property is very suitable for a couple or a family. In front of the house is a large terrace with sun beds, garden furniture and a private swimming pool.

In the immediate vicinity you will find countless restaurants, shops and (tapas) bars. In Torre del Mar you will find a cozy boulevard and typical Spanish Chiringuitos (beach tents). A visit to Malage is quite possible and definitely recommended! You can go shopping in the center of Algarrobo, 1.5 km away. In Algarrobo-Costa (5 km) you visit the beach by the sea and eat in one of the nice restaurants. In Torre del Mar (11 km) there are numerous nightlife and 8 km you can play golf.

The house is fully equipped, such as WiFi and a well -equipped open kitchen. The house also has heating and air conditioning. A cot and chair are available and you can take a maximum of 1 pet for free.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
