“What a wonderful holiday destination! A beautifully situated house, very quiet, nice pool, very nice owner (we even got a basket with vegetables from our own garden), beautiful canopy. Really recommended! (Only 'downside' is the bathroom, this is only on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs and the showers are small, but clean).”

“We were thrilled when we arrived at Stancija for our week's stay this summer. The location is quiet and tranquil but the thing we loved the most was the "room outside". The undercover area beside the pool, equipped with table, leather chairs and b-b-q. We spent a lot of time out here, even during a storm where we watched the lightning strike the surrounding mountains. The pool was kept impeccably clean and the owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We would thoroughly recommend this property.”

“Dear reader, just returned from two weeks Sisol. A holiday, as it appears in your dreams! The villa is beautifully situated in a valley, the view is breathtaking! Very quietly situated just outside the small village Kozljak. The villa is very spacious with a bedroom downstairs, two large bedrooms on the first floor and a sleeping loft. The house was super clean! Despite two weeks of 30-35 degrees also remained in the house nice and cool by the thick walls and small windows. It was also enjoying the large covered patio next to the pool, equipped with sofa and armchairs. For the children, the large private pool obviously a winner and a great place to cool off! The owners, who live a bit further, the perfect host / hostess. Every morning they made silently in the early morning cleaning the pool and they loved the beautiful garden at. We were surprised with fresh flowers, bread or vegetables (from the garden) in a basket at the door almost daily. In addition, they were also willing to give that we wished, but very modest and are in no way intrusive. Informtie us all Furthermore, the English language powerful. On Saturday, the villa was cleaned from top to toe. Bedding”

This mansion in Kožljak ha 3 bedrooms and hosts 6 people. It is perfect for a family to spend vacation in peace and privacy and comes with a swimming pool.

It is located near to the Ucka natural park and the sea is only half an hour drive from here. Kvarner Rivièra and the towns of Lovran (34 km) and Opatija (40 km). And the Kvarner Islands of Cres and Losinj are also great spots to visit. Labin (12 km) and the pebble beaches of Rabac (17 km) should not be missed. You have restaurants and supermarket in 2.5 km.

The fireplace gives a cozy feeling in the living room. You can relax on th eroofed terrace or garden with a barbecue. Your kids can use the children'sbed for a good sleep. Parking is available in the home.
