“Disappointing experience at Brue Auriac! Unfortunately, our recent lodging experience at Brue Auriac was far from satisfactory. Although we are positive people who always try to make the best of every situation, we could not ignore the negative aspects of our stay that strongly influenced our overall impression. The first day immediately started with problems, as we were confronted with a leak in the kitchen and a clogged toilet. What was even more disappointing was the inadequate follow up by the concierge. The lack of prompt and effective action to address these issues negatively impacted our first impression of the property. Another striking negative aspect was the location of the 2nd toilet in the attic. This was located in a storage room and often did not function properly and to prevent problems it was hardly used by us. The rooms on the first floor of the house were comfortable to stay. However, the attic bedrooms were a complete disappointment. It would be fair to say that this space can hardly be considered sleeping space. The old and worn out beds made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Another concern was the high cleaning fee we paid. On arrival we soon noticed that the house was not delivered clean as expected. Ironically, we were expected to leave the house in perfect condition upon departure. In addition, it lacked bath linen, something that was explicitly stated in the advertisement. Inconsistencies like this contribute to a sense of deception and dissatisfaction. The condition of the playground and the playing environment was disappointing. The playground seemed neglected and dirty, making it not a safe and attractive space for our children to play. The promised Wi-Fi service turned out to be limited and of poor quality, affecting our ability to communicate and ge”

“We rented this house for 3 weeks at a fairly expensive price but for us the most important thing was that we were going to be together as a family for the first time in 20 years with my sisters and their children and my parents so it was special. about the house when we arrived the house was dirty, hair in the bathrooms and in the closet drawers in the bedroom so we had to clean it before emptying our suitcases. In my bathroom the shower head was broken from scratch. suddenly the water is flowing drop by drop.. The property (sofa and chairs inside and outside) was very dilapidated and dirty. a day and a night without fridge, machine of any kind or light in the Kitchen and a large part of the lower part of the house with 7 children and 6 adults is not easy. In addition to its no water because apparently the owner would have put a regulator to control the flow suddenly 4 bathrooms and only one which had drip water (and its for 3 weeks in the middle of a heat wave ) I repeat with children finally. In short, I will not rent this house again and above all do not recommend it at all. Otherwise Provence was great and that's what made us have a good holiday, not the house which was a real disappointment.”
