“the house itself is fantastic. That arrival was less. we lost a day washing up everything. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery and so on. Everything was dirty, dirty and greasy... Even mold. there is also a shortage of this ... for 6 people is to gather enough to put on the table to be able to eat properly. The bed linen was not sufficiently available. On the ground floor they had to sleep on moltons as there were no sheets. We think this is very unfortunate, since 150 € has to be paid for all this. For that amount this may certainly be in order. To reach the concierge is not always obvious, eventually after some time you will get a response but you have to be patient. This is part of the southern mentality... Mañana, MañanaAfter a day of fixing and polishing everything, it is nevertheless a wonderful stay and in the end we were able to enjoy everything to the fullest. Best regards”

“Beautiful villa and everything neat. The host and hostess were unwise friendly. What was not right was the latitude / longitude on the residence ticket and therefore we could not find the house. The tomtom and the Google maps could not have the correct address, so we typed the GPS code. But then you end up in another neighborhood. Luckily we could wander to someone who recognized the house on the pictures, who said that it was somewhere else and that we had to drive for 15 minutes, which was a bit of a shame because after such a long journey we are tired. But once arrived at half past two that eased the suffering. We have had a lot of fun and the house is fully equipped. If it is up to us, we would like to come back again. Greetings Teus and Ada”

“finally a vacation where we had high hopes for, a holiday full chagarijn and annoyance. The topic of employee travel is still trying to help us with an emergency air conditioning, because the promised air conditioning was not there. The evil, however, was already done by the house manager was not friendly and an angry woman who was after a tough trip in a sweltering house.”

“The house looks beautiful on the site, but is very disappointing. On arrival it seemed like there was none of weeks and it smelled very musty. Inside (outside too, but less) a lot of maintenance! Find the price \/ quality ratio further bad it is advisable to attach a map, navigation will find not so long done the street t find the house”

About the holiday home

This is a rustic 3-bedroom villa in Moraira. It offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea and is ideal for families.

You can go to El Portet beach just 2.5 km away. Here you will find a number of restaurants and outdoor cafes. There is a supermarket just 1.5 km away and the centre of Moraira is 3 km away.

The tasteful, upstairs living room has a comfortable lounge area with doors opening out onto a terrace with a beautiful view over the local surroundings and of the distant ocean. The villa is surrounded by a gorgeous, carefully-maintained garden. Palms of all shapes and sizes are flanked by pine trees, oleander, and bougainvillea in stunning pink and purple shades. In the centre of all of this beauty is a sun terrace with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, and an elegant, kidney-shaped private pool. The stone barbecue is ready and waiting for you to use it.

The airport is 80 km away.
