“The whole house was very cold, despite the fireplace for which you pay an extra 110 € and the heating was very cold. Only in one room did the heating work properly. In addition, heating and electricity costs are deducted from the deposit with these costs remaining from our deposit of 600 € only 264 € for heating and it was still freezing cold. The whole thing only for a weekend from Friday evening to Sunday noon. Therefore no recommendation.”

“Property has its charms but needs to be renovated. At the moment, price/quality is not in proportion. Oven does not work properly, heating in bathroom does not work, plaster falls from the walls, ... For that price, everything should work perfectly. Tip: provide manuals for, among other things, the kitchen appliances, maybe the oven worked but we couldn't find the right settings.”

“It was a spacious house with plenty of space for the large group. Fireplace, sunny terrace and swimming pool are the pluses. Environment is also beautiful. However, the house is very outdated, not very clean (thick cobwebs on ceilings and in cupboards) and not always practical (very small refrigerator, for example).”

“We left after 1 day. The owners hadn't seen our booking so we arrived to a very dirty house. We were received very unwelcomingly. In the end we couldn't get into the house until around 8:30 PM, instead of 4:00 PM. With 5 children that is not pleasant. After cleaning, the house was still not clean, and it became increasingly clear that the house is in such a condition that it should not be rented out like that. Many broken, single glass everywhere, huge cracks in doors, power cables sticking out of walls, broken sharp tiles, the list is endless. Communication with the owner is unpleasant. In the end we left after 1 day in consultation with Belvilla. Belvilla has solved this neatly. But all in all had a very bad experience in this house.”

“Saggy couches, dirty mattresses. Afterwards, the manager will charge EUR 176.95 for electricity/gas and water. When I asked to specify the amount, I got the answer: 5 m3 water x 2.19 = 10.95 euros332 Kwh electricity x 0.30 = 99.60 euros (according to the Belvilla list 0.28) 83 m3 gas x 0.80 = 66.40 euros (according to the list Belvilla 0.73) For 3.5 days 332 kWh billing equates to an annual consumption of 36,000 KWh. Belvilla gave a discount of 175 euros when booking. The administrator uses the costs afterwards as a revenue model, I think that is a scandalous working method”

“Beautiful, clean house, beautiful surroundings. Two points: 1. The additional costs were higher than Belvilla had reported to us in the rental contract. Less surprise, since renting the house was quite expensive. 2. Pool stairs were loose, as were several tiles around pool. But all in all had a nice weekend”

“In the reservation process, sometimes only the total number of people is asked for and then suddenly split into 3 age categories. When using filters, this is quite confusing, because it does matter whether you are looking for a house for 12 persons or 8 persons and 4 small children, Furthermore, when booking a house that was available before, suddenly not free, All in all not a nice website,”

“The inventory is somewhat outdated, just like the photos on the website. The pool is not heated and was very cold. We have had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the huge fireplace. It's a nice cozy place.”

“This farm is located in a rural area in a quiet neighbourhood. The large garden and beautiful swimming pool are ideal for family groups. We have had 7 days of sun, and have mainly lived outside. The interior of the house is charming and simple. There is a comfortable kitchen and a spacious living room. The bedrooms, toilets and bathroom are very basic. The house is in need of renovation. The building and the spaces show defects here and there. We have forwarded our comments to the host. A very sympathetic young gentleman who is easily accessible during our stay We have had a nice holiday here.”

“Surroundings are beautiful and the accommodation good. It is an old farmhouse, with all its charm. It can get chilly "in the evening (not insulated, single glass, etc.), but the fireplace can be used. Enough space for a large group. Attention is, however, that there are no sanitary facilities on the top floor.”

“Nice welcome, great accommodation, wonderful area for walking and cycling. Unfortunately a bit noisy, kitchen very complete of everything more than enough, even a milk frother😄. We had warm weather so the pool was great, no umbrella provided so we brought a tarp ourselves”

“The arrival was very pleasant. The caretaker has already called in advance even when we come. An arrival statement was not a problem. The accomodation was clean and tidy in the kitchen there was everything except spices and Spülmaschienentaps. Okay the knives were all blunt. The environment is super quiet and rural. the dirt roads are suitable for Boseln. Shop very close to it as it is in the description also. Disadvantage the hidden costs: Bätwäsche is always seemingly with deducted even if you do not book in advance and have something with. Whether you have to unsubscribe in advance was unfortunately not communicated or made clear.”
