This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in an apartment complex in the small town of Zwieselstein in the municipality of Sölden in Tyrol, not far from Obergurgl and in the middle of the ski areas of Sölden, Gurgl and Vent.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor and has a spacious living room with dining table and seating area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a single bed and a stackable bed), a large bathroom and balcony. The apartment complex has its own parking spaces and an elevator.

The town of Zwieselstein is located at an altitude of almost 1500 m south of Sölden. Quietly yet centrally located, Zwieselstein is an ideal starting point for a holiday in the Ötztal. The sophisticated Alpine village of Sölden and the surrounding towns of Hochsölden, Zwieselstein and Vent offer a wide range of impressions and experiences in a small area. Around 300 km of marked hiking trails, 300 km of bike routes and the BIKE REPUBLIC Sölden with natural trails make Sölden and the surrounding area a top destination in the Alps.

The Sölden ski area with 3 three-thousander ski mountains, 2 glacier ski areas and 144 kilometers of slopes, the Ober- and Hochgurgl ski area with 112 kilometers of slopes and 25 lifts and the small Vent ski area, perfect for families and ski beginners with 15 kilometers of slopes and 4 lifts are not far from the apartment complex .

Directly in Sölden there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
