Located only 1 km from the Zillertal Arena, the largest ski area in the Zillertal Valley, where you can indulge in cross-country skiing, tobogganing, ice-skating and other winter sports as well. The chalet is built against a mountain and offers both a swimming pool and a sauna, plus a balcony with garden furniture, with a beautiful view of the mountains. There are 2 parking spaces in the nearby parking garage at your disposal.



Neukirchen is easily accessible at 5 km while and Kitzbühel - Kirchberg is only an hour’s drive away. Restaurants can be found only 100 m away while groceries can be availed only 500 at the city centre. Berchtesgaden National Park is 117 km away where you will find natural scenery, wildlife and great hiking paths. Grossglockner in the Hohe Tauern range is 89 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
