The town center is also 100 m away where you can check out supermarkets for buying groceries and other pantry supplies while the restaurants are a bit farther, only 200 m from your stay. You can go cross country skiing only 700 m away or catch the Maiskogel ski lift only 4.5 km away. Only a 13-minute drive away lies the ski resort of Kitzteinhorn while hikers will love hiking at the Schimidolins Feuertafe hiking area at 17 km away. The Schrabach Waterfalls also lie a half an hour drive away. Elisabethpark is also a mere 12 minute drive away which you must stop by and not far from here is the Zell am See.

The open kitchen is sufficient for self-catering. You may avail a cot for a small fee while a high chair can be availed for free.There is also free WiFi available.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
