This apartment is located in Mittersill between Jochberg and the well-known town of Kitzbühel. The spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one fantastic living room and can host 6 people. You have a great view of the surrounding area from the various balconies and the large terrace.

If you want to hit the slopes you can take the ski lift in Jochberg (a two-minute drive) or Kitzbühel (a ten-minute drive). With all this and more, this fantastic five-star chalet close to Kitzbühel is perfect for anyone who values luxury and privacy. Restaurants are located at a distance of 400 m. Moor Alm Restaurant lets you book lunch and dinner in advance, but the service is limited to winters only.

With a large kitchen, terrace, garden, garden furniture, 4x parking space and a balcony with mesmerizing views. Ski storage and free WiFi facilities are also available. Please make sure that you dispose off your rubbish and switch on the dishwasher if there are any used dishes.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
