This beautiful villa with private swimming pool on the Costa Blanca is located 200 meters above sea level and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. The house is situated in such a way that you have the sun on the terrace from early in the morning until sunset. A lot of privacy and tranquility, there are areas where no one can see the terrace. There is a covered area with a large dining table for cooling off and of course there is also a private swimming pool with sun beds.
The energy costs will be lower because of the solar panels that have been installed since May 2023.

There's a beach just 1 km away. A 5-minute drive away is a very picturesque beach hidden between high rocks. It is a perfect place for a walk and ideal for sports freaks to go for a bike ride. There are also some nice golf courses nearby such as ‘La Sella’ 5 km away. Nearby towns such as Moraira, El Portret, Calpe, and Javea are within 8 km and are worth a visit. A supermarket and restaurant are 5 km away. In addition to the private swimming pool, you can use the communal swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn all around. Ask the administrator for the access pass. For this you have to pay a small deposit.

The fenced garden is the perfect place for preparing delicious meals on the gas cooker. The villa’s interior is cosy and has a wood burner.

Public transport is 8 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
