“It seemed to stand more freely than it actually does, there is a house next to what they are still building. At the moment it is really a construction site and you are awake every day before 7:00 because of the carpentry and grinding etc. You are in the noise all day. We even went home a day earlier because we could not find our peace there. The comfort in the house is also not ideal, almost only wooden benches. In addition, the house was really not clean, dead insects on the ground, cobwebs, dust and birch seeds. This really needs to be improved.”

“Beautiful house with a few points of attention. Based on the description and the photos you expect a fairly large garden / large lawn. However, this lawn no longer exists because a second house is being built on this site. Belvilla recommends a a few hours in advance to call the owner for the key, however, we have not been able to contact the landlord. Ultimately, by coincidence a construction worker was working in the new house who could help us further. My advice would be to especially days in advance you will receive a code for the key box that hangs at the front door.The kitchen has a spacious inventory, bathroom is very neat with a rain shower and a bath (shower in the bath). bit as if the house had recently been abandoned by the resident, clothes still hung in the cupboard and in the kitchen all kinds of ingredients and herbs can be found.The balcony offers a beautiful view of the valley real r could use some love. The wood needs to be replaced and that has the annoying consequence that you quickly get a splinter. Especially if you want to go outside with bare feet, I would recommend that you bring a good pair of splinter tweezers, you will have a lot of fun with them. Beds are very good and large. I am 6'6 '' tall and most of the time I lie with my feet out of bed, but in this case it all fitted fine. This is because the slope is too steep and an average car (not SUV) gets stuck on the slope. There are plenty of things to do in the area and the restaurant of Gasthof Kröll is definitely recommended (located at the bottom of the mountain).”

This cozy chalet in Niedernsill has a garden to enjoy the summers. Located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park, this chalet is surrounded by beautiful views and has 2 bedrooms to sleep up to 5 people.

The chalet is in the proximity of Zell am See-Kaprun ski area, which is a skiing paradise in winters. Ski enthusiasts can take the ski bus, just 1 km away. You can also hop on the Maiskogel Kaprun ski lift at 11 km. From the supermarket to the restaurants to the town center, everything is 1.5 km away from the chalet. You can also get involved in cross country, 2 km away. There is a lake, 2 km away, where you can go for picnics.

There is an open kitchen, available where you can try your culinary skills. The living cum dining room has a wood stove to keep your interiors warm and cozy. There is a renovated bathroom along with cosy bedrooms for a peaceful sleep. The heated chalet also features a garden, where kids can enjoy.
