“A beautiful place to recharge your batteries in peace and quiet. The hot tub was also wonderful. We brought a lot of wood with us, but for €10 you can get a good bag full of wood. The house inside was fine. However, the owner has 2 dogs that also poop in the garden. There is still profit to be made there. But overall a good house to get away for a while!”

“Very nice stay in a former (restored) coach house. The house is fully equipped. Very suitable for couples or families with dog(s). There is a large fenced garden, with a screen for when it rains and a hot tub, and a playing field for the dogs. Despite the proximity of the friendly owners' home, you still have complete privacy. Excellent walking and cycling opportunities in the area. We will definitely go back again.”

“We were very warmly welcomed by Mrs. Nijpjes, the owner. The owners who live next door are very attentive and friendly people who have granted us complete privacy. Very nice accommodation and everything in perfect order. We slept downstairs in a very comfortable bed. We were lucky with beautiful, sunny and warm weather. With our four Galgo Espanõl females and one Arabian Saluki male, we were able to fully enjoy this accommodation. Hopefully we can return again later. A big 10 out of 10!”

“Beautiful country estate near a meadow landscape in the Rur Valley with direct access to hiking trails and the ingenious Dutch junction system. A paradise for dogs! The owners live with their affectionate dogs in the main house. The two-storey apartment is in an annex building and has everything you need. The garden is fenced. Right next to it is a fenced dog meadow and a small forest. We were allowed to pick pears, apples, chestnuts and walnuts and use the hot tub. Have a relaxing autumn week!”

“The cottage is great. The dogs loved it, we walked every morning on the large meadow which they thought was fantastic. In the afternoon you take the car for a walk, the woods are about a fifteen minute drive from the cottage. When we left, new beds arrived. All comfort in the house is present. The hot tub was too hot for us, but that was because we were there exactly in a super hot week.”

“Fortunately we had wonderful weather during the weekend of Ascension that we were in Sint-Odiliënberg. And that while the rest of the Netherlands was covered by a gray veil of rain and hail. House was nice and spacious with plenty of space and tranquility. Our pup loved it too. Certainly because there was also a large piece of land next to the house that was completely fenced. The hot tub was wonderful, but requires ample preparation and better firing. Only take a few hours for that. Fortunately, the water also remained at the right temperature during the night, so that we could enjoy a splash in water of 39 degrees on the 2nd day. Owners who lived in the adjacent house were very friendly and helpful. And they were happy to help if something was missing or if we did not know something. Well, showers were a bit musty and the mattresses can now really be replaced by better ones, because more than 2 days a person cannot survive on that. But otherwise, great weekend!”

“Think it is good that the house will be looked at closely by Belvilla.CV combi makes a hell of a noise when you are inside, Kitchen needs a serious update and also the worn curtains and blinds have to be replaced. but one) walks out and another chair broke the handrail, nice place really, but it was said that they only started cleaning after Easter, etc. When using the Hottub it is said immediately, if it breaks, it will cost 2000 euro.So but not used.TV channels fine also foreign channels BBC, German etc. Did not want to tell, which is why I did not respond, but ..... for the next guests etc Greetings Hilda de Ruiter.”

About the holiday home

On the 'Klein Paarlo' estate, you will find this beautifully furnished coachman's house with an enclosed garden. It is ideal for families and bringing several pets is possible by arrangement.

The estate consists of meadows, woods, swamps, an orchard and a private garden. On summer evenings, you can light the barbecue here. The surroundings are quiet and rural and are ideal for walking, cycling (Knooppuntroute) and horse trekking (stabling in the meadow is possible). Roermond (10 km) has a beautiful, historic city centre and a spectacular shopping centre with designer items at reduced prices.

The fence of the garden consists of sheep wire (15 x 20 x 110 cm high). The lower part is double. In addition to the enclosed garden, there is an enclosed playing field for dogs. The farm offers a charging station for electric cars and a toilet riser/shower chair in the bathroom. In addition, there are special handles in the toilet.
